THE WORLD IS MORE BEAUTIFUL IN SUNGLASSES
I drove up to Boston recently. Had some work to do in the am so we set out a little later than I'd hoped, but it was the most beautiful time of the day 10am to about 2pm. The sun was shining, and I took a less-traveled highway lined with fall foliage. I kept on telling my cousin (who was dozing off next to me) how beautiful it was. I couldn't help myself! But then we needed to take a bathroom break. I lifted my sunglasses and the depth of color in the landscape I was looking at disappeared. My nosebridge was tired from holding my sunglasses up for nearly 3 hours straight...but I put my sunglasses back on.
